    Pros: Excellent Mountain Terrian & Vertical Drop, Abundant Snowfall, Nice Real Estate surround the resort, Great Nightlife/Events, Location

    Cons: Horrible Lodging/Hotel, Horrible Food, Slow Lifts, Staff, Crowds, & Location

    Best terrain in the area

    Pros: Challenging terrain, lots of snow, good vertical, great prices

    Cons: No amenities, slow lifts

    Like most of these other reviews report, the terrain at Timberline seemed to be really good for the Mid-Atlantic. There are good trees and fun runs. However... Full review

    Pack your lunch, don't expect a smile & thank you, the rest is fine

    nice natural snow and slopes but see cons

    Pros: slopes and the natural snow

    Cons: only 2 slow 3p lifts, 1 after 4:30, awfull restaurant, bad road mantainance, bad grooming
