Snow Reporter Comments: Friday, February 20, 2026Another inch of new snow fell yesterday, not exactly podium-worthy, but we'll gladly take it. With 9 to 12 inches of snow since last Saturday, conditions have noticeably improved across the mountain. Today's break in the weather makes it a great opportunity to get out and log some turns, and we're optimistic that more snow is on the way.Summit West continues to offer the most consistent riding on the hill. Thanks to the combined efforts of grooming, snowmaking, and a cooperative stretch from Mother Nature, surfaces are shaping up nicely. The best turns will be found on groomed runs and in high-traffic areas with the most consistent coverage.Off-trail conditions have improved significantly with the recent refresh, but expect variable snow and some thin spots in lower-coverage areas. Stay alert, pick your lines carefully, and ride within your limits.Today's forecast calls for cloudy skies with little to no precipitation during the day. Temperatures will remain on the cool side, so dress in layers and be prepared for winter conditions.Enjoy the fresh snow and have a great day on the mountain.Ski Week DealsBe sure to take advantage of our Ski Week Deals; today is the last day.https://www.summitatsnoqualmie.com/deals/ski-weekMilwaukee Lodge Music SeriesGrab your friends and join us every Saturday afternoon for seven weeks of local bands turning up the après scene at your Summit East watering hole. Coverage is still thin on the mountain. Always look ahead, moderate your speed, and watch for marked and unmarked hazards, including abrupt depressions and openings in the snowpack.
