Pros: Close to Seattle, easy freeway to drive
Cons: You'll get bored quickly, lots of teenagers, rain/ice
I've been night snowboarding here a few times this season as a chaperone on a school bus, and I can say that although the kids have fun, I get bored quickly... Full review

Pros: Location! Access is great with varied terrain. Day and night operations.
Cons: Can be crowded but there's areas to avoid this.
