    Mt. Baker - the best in WA?

    Pros: Lots of excellent varied terrain, lots of snow, cheap!

    Cons: long drive

    Mt. Baker is quite probably the best Resort in Washington. Certainly my favorite. It has tons of terrain, most of which is excellent and highly varied. There are bowls, steeps, chutes, trees,... Full review

    Mt Baker oldtimer

    Pros: Lot's of snow

    Cons: none

    We have been going to Baker since the 70's, before snowboards, before the lower lifts, before a lot that has been inproved there over the last 30 years. Best part of Baker... Full review

    Pros: Great terrain especially if your wiling to hike

    Cons: Not that much variety in bounds and out of bounds get skiied out qucik

    Its a great resort to piggy back from. I spent all winter of 09 skiing it and got to know the back country pretty well. Lots of people doing it, and everyone... Full review

    On My Top Ten List

    Pros: Awesome runs

    Cons: slow lifts

    Went to Baker a few days ago and had a great time.One of my personal pet peeves about resorts is slow lifts.Not that I don't understand that it takes money to update... Full review
