made a review before, giving another one based on multiple times skiing this mtn. not giving a review based on one experience...conditions vary from day to day givin this crazy weather lately so if your expecting "perfect" conditions every time u go , then your nuts... went this past new years week... skiing was awsome since the recent snow. rained on sat. night so u know how that goes, could have been worse, if your cool with slush, then its all for ice at the summit, new englanders rule ice.asfor a con being "cold".. hey its a winter sport and your on a mtn in vermont, what do u think its gonna be. either buy better gear suitible for "cold" weather or just stay in the lodge..some black trails werent heavely skii'd which was good, blue's were good, even greens still looked good... snow shed was spotty but that gets heavely skiied regardless, only negative was the lodges especially k1 was overly packed. tip.. go to snowshed to avoid the craziness. you'll deff find a seat. their upstairs lodge is cool, another tip- avoid tap beer.....everytime i get from tap, its a lil warm and flat... i stick with bottles form now on..skiing is great if u have an open mind , use your common sense about weather and conditions. nice long trails, some nice wide ones, good variaty of trails..can get very busy on the weekends and holidays so expect crazy lines if u dont get out there early.....overall we had another good time....
