Alright. Here we go. Ice, Ice, Baby. Mix a little pow with rocks, Ice, and stir it all together. Frozen granular with high winds. Still fun, but I expected more. Jay still has some cool mogul trails that are really challenging. Tram not working due to wind. Long lines for Jay Peak standards.

No tram, no quad either to top of the mountain leaving one operating lift at the main base leads to long lines and not worth bothering with. Next time stick to weekdays only

First visit to Jay and it is nice here. First the bad...Very slow lifts except for one lift that is exposed to terrible winds. The Tram is a long wait and only is a short vertical distance from the other lifts. The lack of high speed lifts causes long lines. There is no town to speak of here. It doesn't have a real Vermont feel. The good..there is great terrain variety, especially if you like tree skiing. The workers and staff are great. The food on the mountain is very good. The water park is a nice distraction for the kids. Overall a good time but we will not be back.
