Killer resort that is way underrated. Never a crowd, ok well maybe during the DEW FEST, but that was awesome. If there is freshies to be had, you can find 3k of non-stop rip'able trees to crush off John Pauls and Oly tram. And if there has been no new snow, head over to Strawberry for the best cruising in Utah. Sunshine is a welcome amenity at Snowbasin, the only time this place can get frustrating is in flat light when it's not snowing. But if that is the case, stop in one of the super swank lodges and eat on real plates with silverware. Truely a jem. As for nightlife I give it a one, as it has no overnight village, there is slim to choose from. But if your leaving, stop in Hunstville's Shooting Star Saloon, the oldest bar in Utah. See the stuffed St. Bernards head on the wall and read the story, drink a couple drafts and order a Shooting Star Burger, it fills me and I'm a 240pds athlete, well with the help of a couple of beers.
