Pros: Interesting slopes, not crowded, 'off trail' opportunities, great place to be!
Cons: No high speed lift, but if that keeps the crowds away, I'm happy

Pros: great terrain with varied trails
Cons: not the place to go if you are looking for night life

Pros: Less crouded than sno mountain, faster lifts, challenging, skier friendly
Cons: Middle of nowhere
I ski Elk once or twice a week during ski season. I also ski the neighboring Sno mountain. Hands down Elk is much better. I think Elk soulld light up more ... Full review
