I just got back from a four day trip to Camelback from Dec 27-30. Id say that the whole trip went very well at the mountain. The lines were somewhat long (maybe 5-8 minutes on the big lifts and about 1-3 on the small lifts and park lift.) The conditions were really good during the afternoon but in the mornings it was a bit icy. The crowd was pretty big inside the lodge and but the service was good and the people were friendly enough. Get to the mountain before nine if you expect to park on asphault. If not, be prepared to get a little muddy/dirty. Dont be afraid to hit up the park because they have a variety of jumps, rails, and a pretty nice yet used pipe. The trails that were available were nice but more selection after four days would have been nice. Eh, I guess later in the season. Check out The Loft for nice gear and the nice itailian restaurant right along the way next to the Loft for good service and food. Have Fun!! Overall a good experience.
