Love Beaver Creek! Great grooming! Great atmosphere! Fun terrain. Something for everyone.
Best grooming, great terrain, family friendly
Haven’t found any.

This place is great for little kids looking to learn and everything. As an experienced boarder, the expert trails are way to short, and the terrain parks have little to no jumps and not many other things (very minimal). Lots of trails are flat and some even have uphill areas where I found myself unbuckling and walking up the hill to continue on the trail. It’s not executed well and the trails are very basic. The lift and lift line are catastrophically slow and 3/4 of my time there was either on the lift or in the line. All in all, this place is a basic PA hill, I wouldn’t personally expect much from it. If you are looking to go for a good 5-6 hrs of just skiing this is NOT the place for you! I would expect around 3ish good hours of skiing before it either melts, get icy, or the lines get way too long. Hopefully this review found you well, and enjoy your visit
Family friendly, Small Mtn for learning, Has a hotel & food/conference room
Super small Mtn, not good for experienced skiers/boarders, expert trails are WAY to short, trail terrain is uneven and hard to come across a trail without a hill you have to scale to get up.

This is my 4th time here, and second annual birthday trip for my daughter… here at Bear Creek, but I’ve been skiing here as a kid/ young adult since it was Doe Mtn, and now snowboarding with my daughter! I have always appreciated the customer service here, and Jacy rocks that front desk! We absolutely love it here… whether it’s a family trip, friends getaway, or you and your significant other, I highly recommend Bear Creek Mountain! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Everything you need is right here on the grounds. Great runs! The mid-week ski & stay package
The distance from my house (not your fault!)

This is the place to ski in Eastern PA. I’m a solid intermediate skier on bigger mountains and I can handle a diamond run or two here. Steepest run is about 23%. It’s a great place for kids and for families. Awesome facilities, lifts, snowmaking, etc. Definitely the best I’ve skied in Eastern PA. My spouse and I and kids all have season passes here. We started at Spring Mountain, which is closer to us and has great lessons, too, but we prefer the extra distance for the better runs and facilities at Bear Creek. Fun place for family skiing and for beginner to advanced intermediates looking to keep their skills sharp for those longer stays at big mountains.
Great Eastern PA Skiing
Not a lot for advanced intermediate to expert skiers.

I wanted to take the family skiing, kids for the first time, and didn't want to break the bank. They fit that need perfectly. My 3 kids got a private 2hr lesson, while my wife and I reacquainted ourselves with sliding downhill on skis. Our children had a good time with Mike their instructor and they developed a good foundation for skiing. We had a really good time, on the plus side, Bear Creek is a year round resort with a spa, fitness, multiple pools and multiple places to eat right there, seating was limited do to the season of the "rona" (covid). The resort rooms were spacious and clean. We liked it so much that we have already returned, and next ski season we are already planning to return so my son and I can learn snowboarding.
Family friendly and great instructors

The great thing about Bear Creek is its proximity. It has a beautiful facility and the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. It is a terrific place to learn to ski and a great place to hone your skills. I've skied all my life and I always enjoy coming back to Bear Creek. They do a great job with their grooming and facilities are first rate. I taught my wife/children to ski here when it was Doe Mt, now I'm bringing my grandchildren. They had their first experience last weekend, they loved it! Can't go wrong with Bear Creek.TWF

Thanks Bear Creek--first time in three years and had a fantastic time, as before, 'riding the brakes' from the top. A beautiful day and this out-of-shape intermediate def. enjoyed the lack of hotshots closing in on me from behind! So late in the season against the odds the conditions were just fine and the staff as friendly as always. What a great resource you provide for the entire region!

Love my local mountain. Reasonably priced season pass, excellent resort and food. Small hill, but with the best snowmaking anywhere.
Luxury resort style, small local mountain.
Small.
