Cons: Costly lift and lesson prices

The Good: (1) Not far from Philadelphia Metro Area; (2) friendly and ample staff, (3) an outstanding, sophisticated, extensive and challenging terrain park for you snow borders; (4) a modern luxry lodge worthy of Aspen (this place seems like it was built yesterday: there's a Spa , lots of fire places and an outdoor heated pool); great for first timers (there is a long magic carpet ride and bunny trail for first timers); (5) a fair number of runs; and (6) good food (I recommend the sit down base restaurant which is moderately priced and not much more expensive than the cafeteria). This also seems like a great place to stay for a weekend (The hotel is right at the base). For day trippers, I recommend the 2nd floor $1.00 (all day unlimited use) basket check over the lockers for storing items.
The Bad: (1) Expensive lift tickets; (2) long lines on some lifts (though I went on a holiday weekend); and, (3) limited ski school times.
