    Oh, to live on Sugar Mountain

    Pros: Best vertical around, real black diamonds, lotsa lifts & a sweet view

    Cons: Snow machines, ice, crowds, bare spots & parking

    Given the level of suffering and danger generated by the impressive arsenal of snow machines, they must be the first item mentioned. Sugar Mountain is not willing to cease and desist snow... Full review

    Pros: Decent Vertical Drop, Fun Runs at Top, Slalom, Easily Accesible

    Cons: SLOWWW LIFTS, Overcrowded, Narrow runs, Overpriced, Icy

    I've been to Sugar several times, most recently last Tuesday, Feb. 3rd, 2009. My brother and I went up there during a snowstorm, and it dumped about 6-8 inches in the duration... Full review

    cold day at sugar, MLK 2009

    Pros: good snow, decent terrain variety

    Cons: painfully crowded on MLK weekend

    This was our (me, wife, and 2 daughters 10 and 7) second trip to sugar mountain, prompted by an unexpected day out of school for the kids on the Friday before MLK... Full review
