After a day of challenging black runs, finding the secret powder stashes, and going big in the natural halfpipe, Turoa's visitors and locals head down the mountain to Ohakune to dine, relax and re-live the day's adventures.
There is no on-site lodging. A variety of lodges, hotels, motels and more are available in Ohakune (approximately 17kms away).

There is a terrain park, halfpipe and skier/boardercross courses on site. Lessons and rentals are available.
