    Stay away, stay very far away

    Pros: Lake effect, no crowds, varied terrain

    Cons: Short vertical and Dan the Chairlift guy will scare your kids

    If you are an experienced Eastern skier and have never been here, then you will have the opportunity to try something new by way of what is a sort of "powder" skiing.... Full review

    Best kept secret on Tug Hill! Natural snow is great, lodge is family friendly with great food. Many winter activities including snowmobile events. Great for beginner and experienced Full review

    Lake effects snow here can rival western powder. Snow Ridge is an unpretentious ski area that offers a genuine ski experience. Local telemarkers tend to congregate here and often ski the treed... Full review
