Fun Black Diamond Trails and Good Trail Layouts

Full review

This is a great slope for all levels of riders. If you a™re a beginner they have several bunny slopes to learn on great for small children and adults. The intermediate trails are open, smooth and long and depending on your lines can carry great speed. There is a terrain park but it i™s ok. It is not half as nice as Whiteface or Titus and the biggest jumps are really weak. If you like moguls they have a section dedicated to that but it i™s best to go early in the season when they are built up. The black diamond trails are really awesome here for the size hill. Kuersteiner is a narrow 20ft wide trail at most. Johannsen is a great trail for narrow, steep and banked turns. Cruikshank is one of the best runs that lets you cut far left into slight glades but still cut paths and allows you to cut back into the run Joannsen would come out to for a high speed cut back to the lifts or you can cut down into a steep valley. The lift base time to summit is not long between runs and is very reasonable compared to the aggravating wait time on big mountains. Overall its a great slope for the price if you live nearby but I would not go to it if Whiteface or Titus is closer.
