    Assuming these ratings are relative to EASTERN US skiing, HV is certainly a great resort offering fun skiing for all ages. They invest in high-quality snow makers, lighting, groomers, lodges (Yodeler Bar!)... Full review

    Best resort within 2 hours drive of Toronto

    Pros: variety of terrain, # of lifts

    Cons: not many runs that are challenging for advanced skiers

    First thing to keep in mind, this area isn't the rockies or even the appalacians...you have to keep things in perspective. But comparing Holiday Valley to any other resort in Ontario or... Full review

    Holiday valley is party valley

    Pros: Great for Beginners

    Cons: Not Enough Time

    This is a great place. As a first time skier I didn't know what to expect. Having only seen snow one other time in my life skiing was a pretty big deal... Full review
