  Discovery Ski Area Review

  Pros: Friendly, good variety of terrain, small crowds, inexpensive

  Cons: Lacks sufficient snowfall, rocky, slow lifts

  Discovery is a regional ski area drawing people mostly from within 100 miles and there is no lodging or nightlife at the ski area, but a few places 5 miles away around... Full review

  great snow, no crowds

  Pros: Uncrowded, great variety of terrain, inexpensive

  Cons: Zero night life, slow cafeteria

  Pros: Friendly, terrain

  Cons: inconsistent snowfall, crowded cafeteria with long lines, early season obstacles,

  Good ski area when conditions are right. Fun terrain. Starting to get a bit more crowded on weekends. Avoid the cafeteria on weekends, one of the most inefficient operations I have ever... Full review

  Amazing Place

  Pros: Terrain, snow, terrain, lack of crowds, terrain

  Cons: Ummmmmm some of the people there said snow isn't always so great

  Ok, I usually ski in Colorado and was only at Discovery for one day so take this with a grain of salt. It was a Wednesday two days after a 19" dump.... Full review
