Firsthand Reports

Mohawk Mountain +

Friday 3/10 - 2 inches or so of fresh powder. winds were so bad it was blown bare in some spots. not much base left, there's grass and dirt on some trails while others ski well. some spots needed a grooming pretty bad (very bumpy! practically moguls). supposed to get a good dumping next week but if we get another heat wave I doubt Mohawk will last much longer this season due to lack of a base pack. all in all, conditions were OK.

Nice day of skiing. Short lift lines. Wet, heavy snow because of the warm temperatures, but plenty of coverage.
