I skied Copper for the first time from 2/10 throuth 2/14. We were lucky to have snow every single day with 3+ inches on 2/12 and 7+ inches on 2/14. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. I skied different parts of the mountain every day and it didn't get old or boring at atll. There are truly an amazing number of runs that fit all different skill levels. We stayed in the village and had everything we needed within walking distance although I would recommend picking up groceries in Dillon on the way up from Denver as their grocery store, City Market I believe, was much more reasonable than the store in the village.
As for Restaraunts, Alpinista was fantastic. We ate there twice. Tucker's Tavern was good, but the service was spotty. Incline Grill was good, but not great. We had lunch at Endo's a couple of times and had a lot of fun there.
I would definitely go back and Ski Copper again.
