Arapahoe Basin likes to put "legend" alongside their name. While that may sound like a bad case of "all hat, no cattle," the people who ski here don't seem to mind. The mountain stands 13,050 feet and is nearly always covered with fresh snow during the season. Sixty trails, five chairlifts and lots of snow. More than 250,000 people descend on the area each winter. Usually, you can ski and ride at A-Basin until mid-June.
