Check out our infographic on snow conditions across the Western U.S. and Canada to see what resorts have the best snowpack to last the season.More

First-hand Reports

Whistler/Blackcomb +

Plenty of snow, everything is groomed really nice. Was able to board from the peak all the way to creekside and to whistler base. It is hardpacked but there is lots of soft snow in places. We had lots of fun yesterday, cant wait to do again tomorrow.

Hard Packed
Whistler/Blackcomb +

Just spent the past 11day in the village, unlike this time last season there is no pow to be Sean but the mountain is in great condition and plenty of great runs to be had

3 hours ago - Whistler/Blackcomb.

Hard Packed

Go hiking/skinning and you can find some decent stuff. Cold temps mean nice light pow but still got that crust underneath

14 hours ago - Revelstoke Mountain.

Powder 4"

Rough season for Fernie. Very poor conditions. Not their fault but given half the mountain is closed, you'd think they could give you a break on the lift ticket price, no such luck. Not worth the $90. Whitefish Montana is much better and only 2 hours away.

17 hours ago - Fernie Alpine.

Kicking Horse +

Upper bowls had good fresh snow especially in moguls - groomers in bowls were good - early morning on frontside good but icy by afternoon

18 hours ago - Kicking Horse.
