Big White Overview

Region Wide Comparison

Area Profile

Look, they don't call it Big White for nothing. It's the snow, baby. This place picks up an average of more than 750 cm of snow every season. That's big. That's white.

There's more to the attraction. Big White is home to Canada's largest ski in/ski out village and there won't be a budget or "lifestyle" that can't be accommodated here. There are 18 on-mountain restaurants, cafes, delis, pubs, and nightclubs.

Bring the kids. Big White is extremely family friendly and entertainment during the day and evening is close to all accommodations. The Big White Kids Centre lets you enjoy the resort to the fullest while they have fun on their own learning to ski or ride.

There are 16 lifts, 118 runs, five alpine bowls, terrain and tubing parks, skating rink, and snowmobile trails over 2,765 acres of terrain.

Big White is located in B.C.'s Okanagan Valley and there are flights into Kelowna, 35 miles from the resort, from all over Canada and from Seattle south of the border. Shuttle service from the airport is convenient.
