Shutle bus to Banff Hotels withdrawn.

Full review

This is a fantastic resort with a multitude of lifts and runs for all abilities. The new Creekside facility at the gondola base is very nice and well laid out to cope with the paraphernalia carried by skiers. The only downside at the moment is the withdrawl of the shuttle bus service that used to pick up at the major hotels in Banff. You now have to use public transport to get to a central pick up point at the Mount Royal Hotel, then on return there is usually a long wait (up to 40 mins) to re-connect with the local bus service to get back to your hotel if it is not cose to the centre of Banff town. This long walk or wait in the cold and snow is unacceptable particularly with ski equipment and or children.
