5 months agoThis is one of those times where it pays to check on the trail conditions. When they say 5 runs open they mean it. But the few runs they had were great. Not icy, packed powder for the most part. Good thing barely anyone was there otherwise the one main run from top to bottom would have been too crowded.

Located only 12 miles from Wenatchee, Washington, Mission Ridge is built into a basin on the eastern side of the Cascade Mountains and known for having 300 days of sunshine annually compared to other mountains in Washington. Mission Ridge features 2,000 accessible acres with a vertical rise of 2,250 feet, and 70 designated trails serviced by seven lifts. Skiers and riders have access to groomers, chutes, bowls, and backcountry for those who prefer the more extreme.
