Snow Reporter Comments

Open Wednesday, January 19th! East Bowl Triple and Platter Pull. Guess what day it is? IT'S HUMP DAAAAAY! That means $30 lift tickets all day across the board- what a deal! Today we have the Triple Chair and the Platter Pull running with 11 gorgeously groomed trails with more ropes dropping today as ski patrol allows. It's been cold at night which has kept the heavy wet snow we received on Monday well preserved and smooth, not icy, and squeaky (snow lovers know what that means). Once ungroomed trails ropes are dropped the surface may have a bit of a crust from warming up at the end of the snow storm Monday and temperatures dropping again. There's flurries in the air today so it is a beautiful day to get those skis/boards out ESPECIALLY for only $30! Skinning is allowed today with the designated uphill route of Black Beauty; be sure to get your $10 uphill ticket online or at the ticket window. What is different this year? Like last season, we are NOT using a reservation system. Tickets are available for purchase day-of at our outside ticket windows; all rentals are paid for at these windows as well before going inside to be fitted. Ski lessons are available by in-advance reservation only. Spots are limited due to staffing so please reserve with ample time. As per state of NH, no outside food or alcohol allowed on the decks or in the lodge. Après Ski is back from 3:30 to 5:30pm every Friday through Sunday and every day during vacation! Bags are permitted in the locker room area ONLY. Booting up at your car is recommended. Bags left in undesignated areas will be removed. This season at Black we are sticking to the state of NH mandates (subject to change at anytime). For more information, please visit https://www.covidguidance.nh.gov/ #GetBackToBlack #IndyRevolution Indy Pass Holders do NOT require reservations. Just show an ID at the ticket window to redeem your voucher and hit the slopes! For any other questions you may have please give us a call at 603-383-4490 or drop us a line at ski@blackmt.com!
