I use to enjoy getting a season pass every year. But, the park is famous for very short season.
And, with all that they raised the price from $199.00 to $349.00.
I may go once or twice a year now. I Went twice last year snow was horrible.

Will never go again!!! These people are scammers! Been a loyal customer for years and with the season getting shut down months early, they will not be reimbursing anyone that purchased their extremely over priced season pass, or offering any sort of discount for the next year. Instead they justify themselves by saying “minimum wage went up”. I asked what employees they had to pay if the resort has been closed and they already received our money? Rather than making this right, they blocked me on their Instagram. I am very disappointed in the way they are treating their local, loyal customers. They are asking way too much for their small resort. They barely(on a good day) have three small sketchy lifts, on top of that the food is lousy and way over priced as if they aren’t already collecting enough as it is. They are money hungry scammers taking advantage of their people. ... Full Review
Although a much longer drive from the San Francisco Bay than Tahoe, the actual drive time is often less since it's mostly I-5 which (unlike 80 or 50) is rarely shutdown due to weather.
Mt. Shasta is the perfect place for a young family to try out skiing without breaking the bank.
Watch the weather forcast and always be prepared for crappy weather.
My kids, now grown, are excellent skiers and have skied the Rockies, Utah, and of course all the Tahoe resorts. We all still love Mt. Shasta; "we love it here"... Full Review
Fun, family, small town ski park. Not for rich posers looking for the limelight, but rather a fun local ski area that is delightful when the snow is deep. Frequently no waiting at all on lift lines (especially on weekdays) and I can usually find a parking spot close to the lodge. Hopefully they will add on to the lifts and runs as time goes on. Love it! ⛷... Full Review
I love it here! Great locals mountain. They have a fantastic ski school and a lot of beginner terrain, making it a great place to learn. It is never too busy and the snow can be fantastic for a smaller resort. It does have a limited season due to low elevation and closes relatively early. Spectacular views and some pristine skiing can be found off of the groomers if you're willing to venture and confident in your skills. If you like groomers, they do a great job with the snow that they get and the snow that they blow. If you ever have the opportunity DO IT!... Full Review
Such a fun little mountain. Maintained like a world class resort in terms of the quality of grooming and snowmaking they do. Lots of different terrain for all levels, has access to really great side country if you know where to go. They do a really good job and keep a full and friendly staff on he mountain! Only positive things to say about the ski park!... Full Review
For the money, this park cannot be beat. As of this time, daily lift ticket 9:00-16:00 is $59. My biggest gripe is how slow the lift is. It takes 2 rap songs from the time you get on coyote lift until the time you get off.... Full Review
Total rip off!! $95.00 for lift pass & rental! Not enough snow & rocks everywhere with no hazard markers! Very dangerous place to ski. The staff was not only NOT helpful but, flat out rude. The staff told me to wait 15 minutes to to buy a $7 dollar cheaper lift pass so, I did. After waiting in line a second time an employee told me they don't even sell 1/2 day passes?? I will never go there again. ... Full Review
