Overview

With its 8,500 inhabitants, St. Johann in Tirol is situated in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps at 670 metres above sea level. And with 2,000 inhabitants, Oberndorf in Tirol is nestled between the Kitzbüheler Horn and the Wilder Kaiser range at approximately 687 metres above sea level. Several lifts make numerous kilometres of slopes accessible to skiers of all levels of difficulty on the snowy side of the Kitzbüheler Horn in the skiing area St. Johann in Tirol - Oberndorf. Numerous facilities including toboggan runs, a panoramic pool complex, cross country trails, horse-drawn carriage riding and the ice skating rink complete the offer and make St. Johann in Tirol – Oberndorf a popular meeting place for winter sports enthusiasts and nature lovers.
