Today with our 3 boys we experienced the most horrific SnowWorld ever. We've been to multiple locations, but Zoetermeer is different. They're overselling the capacity it was/is designed for. Never seen so many children crying, or parents whispering to "remain calm so the kids don't freak out". We speak Dutch also, and heard multiple parents fearing for their children and angry at what they were going through. The people in this location are GREAT - super friendly, accommodating and understanding. This review is related to one issue: traffic flow design, management & capacity. All the outgoing/incoming skiers, people getting equipment, lockers and changing, are smashed together into a small area, creating a concert-like mob scene where parents instinctively begin protecting their children. They could easily redesign flow & layout to remove this issue, but choose not to. Pay close attention to how many lessons are being given, as it can result in way too many people on their small runs. We will not be going back. The 1+ hour drive to Limburg is SO worth it (bigger runs, bigger bunny hill, better services and accommodation, smaller lines, better parking etc...)
