Snowshoe Ski Resorts

Where can you find one of the largest mountain bike trail systems in the east, with nearly 40 trails and 1,500 vertical feet of descent? Welcome to the Allegheny Mountains of West Virginia, home of Snowshoe Mountain resort. The Snowshoe Bike Park is a nationally recognized mecca for mountain bikers of all skill levels and is serviced by two high-speed quad lifts.

Accessible via the Ballhooter Lift, Shavers Lake features a number of lakefront activities, including kayaking, paddleboarding and an inflatable challenge course. Other mountain activities include Polaris RZR tours of Snowshoe’s extensive backcountry, zipline tours in the heart of the village and fly fishing the Elk River.
