low visibility on 1st Feb but great powder skiing. When powder is skiied off base is hard and icy below. Amongst trees visibility is fine. A good day was had!!

First couple of hours ok then ice patches start to appear particularly on the red runs. Some bare patches with stones, possible ski damage but most are avoidable.

Snow and pistes are good, plenty of snow to be had and groomed pistes. Very busy now and long waits at the lower lifts such and Proclou. Forecast is for no more snow till Saturday, but temperatures are below zero and snow the slopes will remain good

They have worked hard to get the slopes open. Mainly hard packed snow but plenty of skiing to be had. Not too busy, so no long queues to the lifts. No slushy pistes in the afternoons. Snow forecast in next few days so should be good next week.

Snow best b4 midday. heavy in arvo. still some good skiing to be had across 3v. So warm! Surprised conditions as good as they are. Pisteurs doing a great job.
