New Dining In the Three Valleys
There has been a restaurant on this same spot for a very long time, but the pre-existing structure was razed to make way for this building, built to a completely new design.
From Christmas on, the dining room will seat 80 with room for another 30 guests on the terrace. The cuisine will be "traditional with a special flair" and even Savoyard specialties will lean towards more refined versions of themselves. One of the house specialties will be the prime rib that each guest cooks to their desired taste upon their own braziers.
The owners have imagined and designed a warm, mountain-style décor using wood recovered from avalanche destruction, and have accented this with original furnishings, colours and materials. The fireplace, bar and exposed cellar are in perfect keeping with the renowned hospitality of the owners.
