Tyrol Basin Adds New Terrain Park
Tyrol Basin unveils the Gentle Ben Progression Park, which will allow beginning freestylers – riders and skiers – to practice hitting a variety of small rails, fun boxes and jumps scattered throughout the progression park.
The Basin has long been thought of as the place to ride in southern Wisconsin. Their summer jam – normally held in June with left over snow from the winter – is the stuff that legends are made of. They stockpile the snow at season end and cover it with tarps and hay. The last couple of lean snow years haven't made it possible to hold the event. Keep your twin-tips crossed for this winter.
