Andorra Opens
Andorra's ski season officially began last weekend (Dec. 1) but with severely limited terrain due to limited natural snowfall so far. The country's resorts have a huge snowmaking arsenal which is being fired up at every opportunity allowing several trails to open at the principality's highest ski areas including Arcalis and Pas de la Casa in Grandvalira. This region has also received some natural snowfall to bolster snow levels and expects heavy falls over the next week.
