Bryce a Cut Above
It's been in the mid to high teens for the past couple weeks and the resort has not failed to capitalize on the perfect snow-blowing temps.
According to Bryce's Al Cissel, new water lines installed in the off-season have increased water pressure and made their snow-blowing operation more efficient.
"Especially now that it's cold," added Cissel.
The pristine conditions have brought the crowds much to the delight of Bryce with the weekends bustling with skier and snowboarder activity. New for this year is a carpet lift on one of the novice runs offering beginners an easy way to ascend the slope.
And don't forget about Costume Day scheduled for Feb. 17. Bust out your best '80s day-glo one-piece ski suits or Glen Plake inspired coiffure for a chance to take home prizes for best costume.
