Holiday Cheer At Mountain High
Mountain High has been offering discounted lift tickets to military, police and fire personnel that were subject to holiday blackouts for the past few years. But after receiving an e-mail from a mom whose son was coming home from the Mid East for the holidays and who questioned the resort's policy, Mountain High decided to rescind the blackout. So this holiday period, military personnel (and firefighters and police, too) will be able to buy daily adult lift tickets for $44 (a savings of up to $18) when they show their active-duty ID; night riding is available for $23 (a $12 savings).
