latest from the Tahoe Weather Geek at Light snow is falling in Tahoe this morning as a change in the weather pattern has set up a condition for the next few days that will expose the region to the trailing backside of cold, overland storms dropping down from Canada into the American heartland. A high pressure ridge in the Central Pacific is pushing those storms inland over Washington and Oregon before they have a chance to move over water and into California from the west.
