Resorts in this article: Cannon Mountain, Loon Mountain, Mount Sunapee, Pats Peak, Waterville Valley, Wildcat Mountain
Wildcat, Loon and Waterville Valley saw a dump of two feet while the more southern areas of Sunapee and Pat's Peak picked up a very respectable 16" – 18". Everyone reports the best conditions in recent memory as they begin the two week vacation period.
Special activities abound this week and next throughout the state. Check out the Lunch Tray Luge and Dan Egan's Extreme Skiing Clinic at Wildcat. Crotched Mountain offers Midnight Madness – skiing til 3 AM for those who just can't quit. Pat's Peak will have NASTAR racing daily this week and next. And Cranmore, enjoying the best conditions in years, will have their tubing park open every night for the two vacation weeks so you can ski by day, slide by night.
