The legendary Belly Up is Aspen's best spot for live music, but guests can also groove to outdoor concerts in downtown Aspen as well as the Snowmass concert stage. Recent musical acts have included Vampire Weekend, Ghostland Observatory and Grace Potter & the Nocturnals.

WHERE TO GO FOR DANCING: Head to Jimmy’s, An American Restaurant & Bar on Saturday’s at 10:30 p.m. for Tango/Salsa and Latin-style dancing. Escobar Aspen is also a nightclub that features a wide array of electronic, swing and lounge music.

WHERE TO GO FOR DRINKS: More refined drinkers can head to Eric’s Bar, home to over 50 single malt Scotches. Aspen’s The J-Bar has been a local’s favorite watering hole since 1889 and is on the National Register of Historical Places. 39 Degrees at Sky Hotel is a favorite après sport and features a great selection of appetizers and local drink specials.
