The menu includes filet mignon with green peppercorn demi-glace and apple wood smoked bacon wrapped jumbo sea scallops. Tickets are $150. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres start at 5:30 p.m.; dinner at 7 p.m.

The Snowbird Renaissance Center was founded by Dick Bass, the first person to reach the summit of each of the continent's tallest mountains known as the Seven Summits. His vision is to stimulate learning in all fields of knowledge as well as assisting in the preservation, improvement, and beautification of all natural surroundings while proving the opportunity for physical development and recreation.

The SRC presents musical, artistic and theatrical performances, educational classes and other activities throughout the year that foster the appreciation for and excellence in the arts, sciences and humanities.
