Last season, [R462R, Canyons Resort] spent millions on new chairlifts, heated seats for another lift and hundreds of acres of new terrain. In 2011/2012, the Park City-area resort will discount all of its season pass offerings by at least 20 percent, if they are purchased before Oct. 15.
That means an adult pass for the entire season goes for $1,149 before the early deadline, as opposed to $1,449 afterwards. The mid-week pass can be had for $899 before Oct. 15, while the No Brainer pass for ages 18-24 goes for $599. Seniors and students also get early-season deals, while kids aged six or younger can romp across Canyons nine peaks, five bowls and 4,000 acres of skiable terrain for just $59.
New this year is the Family Pass. For each regularly priced adult full season pass, the pass holder can buy two student passes, for ages seven to 17, at half the normal price. After buying the adult pass, the pass holder then contacts Canyons Season Pass Office at 435-615-3410 to get the discount.
Five-day and 10-day passes also qualify for discounts before Oct. 15. For more season pass information, click here.
