Shanty Creek Bounces Back
On the slopes they've installed a new Magic Carpet on the Schuss Mountain slopes, lengthened the height and overall "kick" of the Schuss quarter pipe and added several new rails, jumps and hits in the terrain park. They also redesigned and improved the terrain park on the Summit slopes as well and added more snowguns during the off-season. The Schuss slopes cater to all levels of skiers and boarders – beginner to advanced – while the Summit slopes cater mostly to beginners and low intermediates. One of Lower Michigan's major resorts, it's nice to see them bounce back. Once known as the Deer Valley of the Midwest, one of its strong suits has always been pampering customers.
