Nakiska Upgrades Its Services
Inside the lodge, the rental shop is getting spruced up, and the locker area is being converted into a multi-purpose group room with new furniture and equipped with audio/video capabilities. The Slopeside Coffee kiosk is also installing new equipment.
The beginner area will see installation of 350-foot-long magic carpet. The area will also include an enhanced environment for kids, including music and toys. Nakiska is also adding a new snowcat to its grooming fleet to assist with its improved snowmaking system added last year.
