Bethel Building Biggest Snowwoman
Bethel built a snowman in 1999 that was 113 feet 7 inches tall, shown in this photo.
The town is hoping to beat that height with the help of the River's new low-energy fan guns.
Bill Brown said the project is fun and also is helping his snowmakers practice with the new technology.
