Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow
You can never have too much snow – right, powder pigs? – so in order to induce the gods to comply, Sierra-at-Tahoe is hosting its annual Pray for Snow Party on the evening of Nov. 15 at the Rockwater Restaurant in South Lake Tahoe. Although live music, beer chugging, and frozen T-shirt and tattoo contests are all part of the fun, the party's raison d'etre is bringing on heaps of the white stuff, and revelers are invited to perform their best snow ritual (either dancing or singing or yodeling or rapping or some unholy combination of the aforementioned). Prizes, and perhaps an outstanding ski and snowboard season, will be awarded.
