Chef Jacob Guay and his team will produce a six-course meal paired with wines from the Produttori del Barbaresco winery, presented by Director Aldo Vacca of Produttori del Barbaresco. Aldo Vacca's wines are not available anywhere else in Utah. Chris Zimmerman of Visa Imports will be lending his knowledge of these fine Italian wines to diners. Start the evening with a ride on the Flight of The Canyons gondola and a cozy sleigh ride through the woods to Lookout Cabin Restaurant. Chef Guay's previous experience in Park City was at the Stein Eriksen Lodge. Price for the event is $125 per person.
