In the play two climbers have their ascent of K2 go awry and they are stranded on a ledge at 27,000 feet, with one climber badly injured just 1,250 feet below the summit. They lose one of their ropes and the one remaining is not long or strong enough to lower the injured party to the next ledge. As the other climbs back up the mountain in an attempt to recover the other rope, the two men keep up a running conversation that gradually slips into an affirmation of their loyalty to each other as they struggle to survive. The cost of each performance is $25. However Wednesday, Feb. 24, is the "Pay What You Feel Preview" for those on a tighter budget.
