The Snowmass Park is in a completely separate area from the general skier traffic, under the Coney Glade chair. Skiers and riders can take Coney Glade up and just ride the park all day if they want. They're also avoiding the regular skier traffic, which can avoid the park area by going under a newly-built bridge.
You'll now find three terrain parks at Snowmass. The other two are Makaha and Scooper. There is also one superpipe and a beginner pipe.
Aspen High School senior Taylor Preusch hit the park the first day it opened and sent in this picture.
You'll find plenty of fun at Snowmass, the second largest ski area in the country. Some 36 Disneylands could fit within the ski-area boundaries.
