With construction delays and battling weather, the other Bridger Restaurants won't see final completion until summer. Offering limited service until now in their ground floor location, the Headwall Deli put up their full menu this past week. With made-to-order sandwiches of Boars Head meats and gourmet cheeses, fresh salads, soups such as cream of butternut squash, and fresh baked goodies, the Headwall Deli is open daily from 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. "We encourage people to stop in for an espresso to kick start their turns, join friends for a tasty, filling lunch, or enjoy a drink in the afternoon sun before their last run down," invites Food and Beverage Director Chris Kennelly.
