You can still enjoy tubing after a full day of skiing; it's the type of activity that expends about as much energy as drinking a beer. A tow rope pulls you uphill; gravity pulls you down. Rates vary by the hour, but if you just want to check it out, you can test drive a single ride for $5. If you're really nervous, check out Snow King's Web site, where you can do a virtual slide down the tube lane. The tubing lanes lure lots of kids and families, but they're not for tots. For safety, height restrictions apply; kids must be 42 inches tall. Snow King opens their hill from 4 to 8 p.m. on weekdays and noon to 8 p.m. on weekends.
