NH Celebrates Spring – Silliness and Savings
If you take time out of skiing to watch the 9th Annual Slush Cup at Mt. Sunapee on Saturday, you can still get in a full quota of runs. The area will keep the lifts turning an extra hour on Saturday and Sunday, til 5 pm, so the longer daylight can be put to good use.
On April 1st it's no April Fools joke. Waterville Valley will let you ski and ride for just $1. They'll also be hosting the J-5 Jibberific Jib Jamboree on March 31st and have a couple of days of ski and board demos, food sampling and parties all weekend.
Gunstock gets into the spring spirit on April 1 with the BYODC (Bring Your Own Dry Clothes) Pond Skimming Contest amid a tropical beach party theme.
